Stretchy material. Fits M-L. Tag says large but it depends on desired fit. It was a great fit on a small/medium especially with a belt. Probably best for a size medium for the most flattering fit, but definitely will fit a size large too due to the stretchy material. Vintage sizing tends to be much different than modern sizing. 

Styled with belt but not included with purchase.

Model is 5’8 and wears size small with a 25" waist and 37" hips for reference.
